12/25/2012According to some of the reviewers , if you're hispanic , looked hispanic,speak Spanish, one would fit into this area like peanut butter on bread. This is further from the truth for someone who is seeking certain things in a community to move from their present place. I'm Native American ,college graduate ,biligual and wouldn't want to live here after reading these reviews. I love nature, art, theater,positive people from all cultures . Ignorance can be found everywhere regardless of socio-economic level. SA would be a good venue for my Husband and I to explore for our American History exploration.

12/25/2012The weather in Southern Ca is mild and sunny. One can drive to a beach, mountains, lake within a up to an hour away from home. One thing in CA is more accepting of other cultures and alternative lifestyles still deemed taboo ; gays, interracial couples. We're free to be ourselves.
