Bill Ladd
Has been licensed since 1985 and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute; Honored with the new designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist. He is an Associate Broker, as well as a Lifetime Million Dollar Club Award recipient. He has been a New Member Orientation instructor for ten years, as well as served on numerous state and local leadership committees and positions. He is also the Senior Instructor of Arkansas Real Estate Training Academy. It has been his pleasure to speak at many real estate boards across the state. His recent honors of 2004/2007 include Russellville Realtor of the Year. Other services include; State Professional Development Committee Real Estate Association Chairman, District Three Vice-President – 2007-2010. He currently serves on the Legislative and Member Services Committees.
