Wheeler Air Force Base, located in Haleiwa on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, is a small military airfield and housing community. The base is home to the 15th Wing and 45th Reconnaissance Squadron, as well as other associated units. Education in Wheeler AFB is overseen by the Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) which provides education services to the children of service members stationed at Wheeler AFB.
