We live just outside of the city and have found Hagerstown to be a nice well maintained town of less than 2000 people, there is adequate shopping for necessities and we  More

I've lived in Hagerstown for 4 years. It's fairly nice, in that there isn't a lot of crime, but with the exception of about 5 people, all of the rest of the people here  More
