Zion, ND is a small rural community with limited resources available when it comes to health care. There are no population statistics available for the town, but the hospital closest to Zion is located in neighboring Milton, 12 miles away. Additionally, there are a few medical facilities located within the immediate area which provide basic medical services such as primary care and urgent care. Unfortunately, due to its small size and limited resources, Zion does not offer any specialized medical treatments or any other advanced health care services. Local residents must travel to larger cities in order to access more comprehensive health care services such as specialty surgery and advanced diagnostics. Residents of Zion that cannot afford transportation or cannot access public transportation often rely on local charities or volunteer organizations for assistance.
