South Gifford, MO is a small rural town located in the Ozarks region of Missouri. With a population of 45 people, it's a tight-knit community that prides itself on its strong local businesses and organizations. There are several local restaurants, such as The Old Mill Diner and The Country Store Restaurant, that serve up delicious home-cooked meals and provide a gathering spot for residents to catch up with one another. There are also plenty of year-round outdoor activities available to enjoy, from hiking and fishing to camping and bird watching. The South Gifford Community Center also hosts many recreational classes and activities for all ages throughout the year. Additionally, each summer the town hosts an annual festival featuring live music, food vendors, arts & crafts booths, carnival rides and more! Finally, there are several local sporting events held throughout the year such as football games at South Gifford High School or softball tournaments at the town park.
