Chain Lakes, ND is a small rural community in North Dakota with a population of just 28 people. Despite its small size, the town still offers plenty of activities and organizations for its occupants. There are several local businesses including a gas station, grocery store, hardware store, and fitness center. Year-round outdoor activities include fishing, hunting, camping, hiking, swimming at nearby lakes, and snowmobiling in the winter. Organizations such as the 4-H Club and Lions Club are active in the community and host various events throughout the year. The annual Chain Lakes Fishing Derby is one of the most popular local sporting events which draws many participants from across the state.
