Mouse River, ND is a small town located in the northern part of the state with a population of just nine people. Despite its size, the town has quite a lot to offer year-round. One of the main attractions is Sugar Creek Golf Course, an 18-hole championship golf course that offers a range of amenities as well as lessons and tournaments for all levels. Other local businesses include the Mouse River Market which stocks locally sourced groceries and other items and The Cornerstone Coffeehouse which provides specialty coffee beverages as well as light snacks.
There are also plenty of outdoor opportunities for residents and visitors alike. Fishing on Mouse River is popular activity in the summertime, while winter provides ample opportunity for skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. Additionally, there are several parks in close proximity to town offering trails for walking or biking, picnic areas, playgrounds, and even disc golf courses.
Those looking for an entertaining evening out can take advantage of Mouse River Players Theater & Cinema which puts on live shows throughout the year or catch a movie at their very own movie theater right in town! For those interested in sports there are also several sporting leagues available including basketball, football and baseball for both youth and adults alike.
