Spring Valley, ND is a small rural community located in the northern part of the state. With a population of only five people, Spring Valley is one of the smallest towns in North Dakota. Despite its size, there are plenty of activities to keep visitors and residents busy throughout the year.
The main business in Spring Valley is Mick's Supermarket which offers all the basic groceries for locals as well as out-of-towners passing through. There are also two local restaurants, The Corner Cafe and The Country Kitchen, both offering great home cooked meals.
In addition to local businesses and restaurants, Spring Valley has plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy year round. Visitors can take nature hikes through the nearby forests or camp out for a night under the stars at one of the area’s many camping sites. Fishing enthusiasts can also explore some of North Dakota’s finest lakes and streams for their catch.
The Spring Valley Community Center hosts many special events throughout the year including bingo nights on Wednesdays, art classes on Saturdays, and movie screenings every other Friday evening. Local sporting events such as basketball tournaments can be found at the center as well during certain times of year. All these activities make Spring Valley a great place to visit no matter what season it is!
