Milfay, OK is a small town located in Creek County. It has a population of 86 people and a population density of 224 people per square mile. Milfay's economy is largely driven by local businesses such as the Fertile Grounds Café & Bakery, which serves homemade pies and pastries, the Momma Jo's General Store, which sells goods ranging from western apparel to hardware supplies, and the Milfay Mercantile where locals can purchase groceries.
The town of Milfay prides itself in providing its citizens with year-round outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing at Lake Eufala as well as several biking trails. The town also hosts several organizations throughout the year including the local 4-H Club and the American Legion Auxiliary Post #286.
