Spring Mills, PA is a small rural town with a population of 385 people. It is located in Central Pennsylvania’s Centre County and boasts a population density of 784 people per square mile, significantly higher than the US' 93 people per square mile.
The town offers plenty of amenities to its residents. For shopping, local businesses include Mazzocchi’s Market for groceries, Perks Coffee for specialty coffee drinks, and the Spring Mills Hotel for accommodations. Additionally, there are several outdoor activities available year-round such as biking along the nearby trails or fishing in the local creeks and springs.
The community also has many organizations to join including the Spring Mills Lions Club and the Spring Mills Historical Society which offer social activities as well as volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Every summer there is also an annual Fireman's Fair hosted by The Spring Mills Voluntary Fire Company that is open to all members of the public living in or near Spring Mills, PA. Residents can also enjoy watching various sporting events hosted by schools within the surrounding Bald Eagle Area School District such as football games on Friday nights during fall and soccer matches in spring or summer months.
