Wakpala, SD is a small town located in the northeastern corner of the state. With a population of 291, this rural community provides a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere for its residents and visitors. There are many opportunities for year-round outdoor activities such as fishing on Lake Sharpe and hunting in the nearby forests.
