Port Mansfield, TX is a small unincorporated coastal town located in Willacy County. With a population of only 132 and a population density of 19 people per square mile, it is one of the least densely populated places in the country. Despite its size, Port Mansfield offers plenty to do! The town features several local businesses such as Aspen's Place for seafood lovers, Chris' Marina for boat rentals, and the Black Dragon Martial Arts Center for fitness enthusiasts.
