Union, ND is a small city located in the northern part of North Dakota. It was ranked #14 in Best Places to Live in North Dakota by BestPlaces in 2020. Union has a small population of only 1,500 people and offers its residents a low cost of living, high quality schools, outdoor activities, and other amenities that make it attractive to live there. The city also features several parks and recreational facilities for residents to take advantage of. These facilities include bike paths, walking trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts and more. There are also numerous restaurants and bars in town that provide great nightlife options for the locals. The city is close to larger cities like Fargo and Grand Forks so residents can easily access these larger cities if they need to do business or just go out for some fun. Union is definitely a great place for those looking for a peaceful smaller city lifestyle with plenty of amenities nearby.
