Grenada, Mississippi is a small town with a population of around 13,000 people. It is located in the north-central part of the state and was officially incorporated in 1836. Though small, Grenada has several churches representing various denominations from around the area. The churches in Grenada include First Baptist Church, Eastview Church of God, New Testament Christian Fellowship Center, New Home Missionary Baptist Church and St. Peter's Catholic Church. These churches are all actively involved in providing spiritual guidance and support to their congregations as well as their local communities through charitable activities and community service programs.
