Fairfield, OK is home to a number of churches that cater to different religious affiliations. The largest church in the city is Fairfield Alliance Church, which follows the Christian faith. Other local congregations include First United Methodist Church, which follows the Methodist doctrine; First Baptist Church, which follows Baptist teachings; and Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, for members of that religious group. Each of these churches provides spiritual guidance and fellowship opportunities for their respective congregation members. All are welcome to attend any of the services at any one of the town's numerous religious congregations.
