Tenkiller, Oklahoma is a small rural community located near the Arkansas River in Cherokee County. It is home to an estimated population of 450 people, and several local churches. St. Paul’s Lutheran Church has been around since 1961 and serves both Tenkiller and the greater Cookson area with Sunday worship services and other church activities.
