Myrtle Point, OR is a small community in Coos County located on the Oregon coast. The town has a population of approximately 2,500 people and is home to several different religious congregations. There are two churches located in the center of town, both of which have been around for many years and are popular amongst local residents. The First Baptist Church offers Sunday services, while the Myrtle Point United Methodist Church provides both weekday and weekend services. Additionally, there are two other churches located outside of town: the Lighthouse Christian Fellowship and Calvary Chapel.
