Bartow, WV Religion

Bartow, WV is a small town located in Preston County with a population of just over 500 inhabitants. The local area has a strong sense of community and faith, which is reflected in the presence of several religious congregations in the town. There are four churches in Bartow that serve the local community and provide spiritual guidance to many residents. These include First Baptist Church, which was founded in 1892; St. Luke’s Lutheran Church, which was established in 1894; and Ebenezer United Methodist Church and Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, both of which were founded around 1910. All four churches provide an important source of strength and support to the town’s inhabitants, bringing people together for worship services and other activities throughout the year.
