Fiddletown, CA is a small community located in Amador County. The population of the area is 521 as of the most recent census in 2020. The town has three main local religious congregations: Fiddletown Baptist Church, Saint Patricks Catholic Church, and Fiddletown United Methodist Church. The Baptist church started in 1853 and is one of the oldest churches in the county. Saint Patrick's Catholic Church was established a few years after that, in 1860. The United Methodist Church was founded more recently, in 1895.
