Paris, Maine is home to a number of churches and religious congregations. From the Catholic Church to the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, there is a place of worship for people of many different faiths. The Catholic Church includes Notre Dame de Paris and St. Augustine’s Parish, while the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America has St Mark’s Lutheran Church, Trinity Lutheran Church, and Shepherd of Peace Lutheran Church all located within Paris. The Congregational United Church of Christ has two churches in Paris as well - First Congregational United Church of Christ and Second Baptist-Congregational United Church of Christ.
