Monitor, WA, a small rural town in Okanogan County, is home to several local religious congregations. The town has two churches: Monitor Methodist Church and the Monitor Community Bible Church. The Methodist church has been in existence since 1908 and offers traditional worship services on Sundays at 10am with Bible study following at 11:30am. The Monitor Community Bible Church began in 1979 with just a handful of members and has since grown into a thriving congregation offering Sunday Services at 9am and Wednesday evening bible study at 7pm. Both churches have recently become involved in the community by providing food banks, after-school programs, and other social outreach activities.
