Dobson, NC is a small and quaint community located in the northwest corner of the state. The local school district consists of three schools: North Surry High School, East Surry Middle School, and Westfield Elementary School. All three of these institutions are highly rated by sources such as GreatSchools and BestPlaces, indicating an excellent overall education for students who attend them. Each school has their own unique offerings and resources to better support student learning. North Surry High School offers a variety of advanced placement (AP) classes to help students succeed, as well as on-site athletic programs for physical activity.
