Papaikou, HI Schools

Papaikou, HI is a small community located on the Big Island of Hawaii. It is home to some wonderful schools, many of which are highly rated and offer excellent educational opportunities to their students. Papaikou has two elementary schools - Papaikou Elementary and Umauma Elementary - as well as one middle school - Laupahoehoe Middle School. The schools in Papaikou strive to ensure that all students receive individual attention and can reach their full potential. They provide a wide range of enrichment activities such as sports, music, art, drama, and robotics for their students to explore and develop their passions. All these schools have a strong focus on creating an environment where learning is fun while also challenging students to excel academically. Not only do they provide a safe learning atmosphere for all students but they also foster close relationships between teachers, staff and families so that everyone can work together towards the common goal of student success.
