Saugus, MA is a small town in Essex County with a population of roughly 27,000 people. Although the community is relatively small, it boasts several excellent schools. The Saugus Public School District offers students a top-notch education and outstanding academic opportunities, as evidenced by the strong school ratings they have achieved over time. Students attend one of three elementary schools: Belmonte Middle School, Sargent Elementary School, and Veterans Memorial Elementary School. Each school has its own unique curriculum and programs tailored to the needs of each student. Additionally, there are two middle schools: Lynnhurst Middle School and Belmonte Middle School which both offer students an opportunity to excel academically. Lastly, Saugus High School serves as the district's comprehensive high school that provides students with numerous courses, clubs, and sports teams for them to participate in and pursue their passions. With its excellent schools, Saugus provides its residents with an ideal place to raise their families.
