Wood River, NE is a small community with a population of approximately 2,000 people. Despite its size, the town has some excellent local schools that provide an outstanding education to its student body. These schools are highly rated by the state and offer a wide variety of courses and programs to meet the needs of all students. The district features two elementary schools, one middle school and one high school, giving families plenty of options for their children’s educational journey.
