Madison, NH is a small town located in the heart of New Hampshire's White Mountains. It has a population of approximately 1,788 people and is known for its rural beauty and picturesque mountain views. With such a small population, Madison is home to only two public schools – Madison Elementary School and A. Crosby Kennett Middle & High School together totaling approximately 500 students. The schools in Madison have been highly rated by both parents and students for their commitment to providing an excellent learning environment. The teachers focus on providing individualized instruction through project-based learning as well as integrating technology into the classroom setting. The administration works hard to create an engaging atmosphere at school where students can participate in extracurricular activities from sports to arts and more. Furthermore, the local schools collaborate with various community organizations to provide additional resources for their students such as after school tutoring and college preparation programs. All in all, the schools in Madison are a great example of how a tight-knit community with limited resources can still offer quality education to its youth.
