Pembroke, New Hampshire is a small rural town in the heart of the Granite State. With a population of just over 3,000, most of its residents are highly invested in their local schools. Pembroke offers four public schools - Gilbert H. Hood Middle School, Pembroke Academy, Allenstown Elementary School, and Suncook Valley Elementary School. All four schools have excellent ratings and are known for providing quality education to their students. The teachers are highly dedicated to helping each student reach their full potential and are very involved in the community. In addition to having great academic programs and resources available at the school level, there are also numerous extracurricular activities available for students to participate in outside of school hours such as sports teams, musical ensembles, theatre productions, clubs and more. There is something for everyone in Pembroke’s schools – an environment where learning is celebrated!
