Medford, Oklahoma is a small town in Grant County with a population of about 817 people. Despite its size, Medford has several excellent local schools that are highly rated by the state. The town is home to three different elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school. Each of these schools consistently receives high marks for academic excellence from the State Department of Education.
