Tornillo, TX is a small town located in El Paso County with a population of just over 3,000 people. Despite its size, Tornillo has its fair share of educational institutions, such as one public elementary school and two private schools. All of these schools have been given high ratings by the Texas Education Agency. The public elementary school offers an environment that focuses on academic excellence as well as extracurricular activities for students to engage in outside the classroom.
