Cochrane, Wisconsin is a small village located in Buffalo County. The schools in Cochrane are part of the Cochrane-Fountain City School District. The district provides quality education to about 500 students attending grades PK-12. There are three schools within the district: Cochrane-Fountain City High School, Fountain City Elementary School, and Cochrane-Fountain City Middle School. Each school has its own rating from the state which varies between “Significantly Exceeds Expectations” and “Exceeds Expectations” based on various factors such as test scores, student performance, and other indicators of educational success.
