Tununak, AK is a small town located on Nunivak Island in the Bering Sea area of Alaska. With a population of just over 400 people, Tununak is an isolated community that depends heavily on public transportation for its day-to-day needs. The town is served by one of the few commercial airlines operating in Alaska – Bering Air. This airline provides regular passenger and cargo flights to Tununak from Bethel and other nearby towns.
