I was born and raised in Grand Haven. There was never a dull moment. We had sand dunes, trees to climb, fishing, the beach, swimming in Lake Michigan, and great stores  More

There is a considerable amount more wind and precipitation in this lakeshore area, as opposed to being more inland. More snow, more rain, more wind, and cooler  More
