Mayfield Village, OH is a suburban village in the Cleveland metropolitan area. Although it is relatively small with a population of 3,660 people according to the 2010 census, its location makes it easy for residents to take advantage of public transportation options. The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA) provides bus service throughout the suburb and Cleveland metro area. There are several stops throughout Mayfield Village that offer access to the 45, 46X, 51/51A, and 52/52A lines which provide transportation to downtown Cleveland and other nearby cities. Additionally, RTA also offers Park-N-Ride services at two locations in Mayfield Village that allow commuters to park their cars and use transit for their commute into downtown. For those who prefer to drive themselves, there are several major highways located near Mayfield Village that make it convenient for locals to travel around the region easily.
