Provo, SD is a small city with a population of 8,727 according to the 2019 US Census. Despite its size, the city offers a number of transportation options for residents and visitors alike. The most popular method of public transportation in Provo is the Utah Valley Express (UVX) bus system that connects Provo with Orem, Lehi, American Fork, Pleasant Grove and other nearby cities in Utah County. There are also several taxis and ride-sharing services available in the area as well as Amtrak train service connecting Provo to different parts of the state. For those who prefer to drive their own car, having access to I-15 makes getting around town easy.
