Brian Head, UT is a small town located in Iron County, Utah. Due to its small population of just over 150 people, there are limited transportation options available for residents and tourists alike. Visitors can access the town by car via Highway 143, which runs through the center of Brian Head. There is also a shuttle service from Cedar City that goes to Brian Head during the winter season. The closest airport is located in Cedar City, approximately 55 miles away from Brian Head. In addition to the shuttle service, locals have access to private charter services for air transportation. While some people may choose to walk or bike around town or up into the mountains, these are not recommended due to the lack of sidewalk and lighting on roads leading up and out of town.
