Riviera Beach, FL is a coastal city located in Palm Beach County with a population of approximately 34,000. The city is governed by an elected Mayor and City Council who are responsible for making laws and policies that govern the city. Currently, Mayor Thomas Masters serves as the leader of Riviera Beach. The current members of the City Council include Paula Bruce, KaShamba Miller-Anderson, Michael Brown, Terence Davis, Joe Peduzzi III and Julie Botel. Each year residents have the opportunity to vote on who will serve and make decisions on behalf of their community. Issues important to Riviera Beach residents include economic development, public safety initiatives, environmental protection efforts and public infrastructure improvements. As a coastal town that relies heavily on its marine resources for tourism, recreational activities and commercial fishing businesses, the City Council has been very active in supporting these industries while protecting them from potentially destructive forces such as climate change and overfishing.

R if the Republican Party candidate won, D if the Democratic Party candidate won and I if the Independent Party candidate won.
