Auburn, CA is the county seat of Placer County and serves as a hub for politics in the region. The city is part of California's 4th Congressional District and is represented in Congress by Tom McClintock. Locally, Auburn is overseen by a five-member City Council which makes decisions that affect the community. Each member of the council is elected at-large every four years and acts as an advocate for their constituents. In addition to the City Council, Auburn also has a Mayor who presides over meetings and serves as an ambassador for the city. The Mayor is elected every two years.

R if the Republican Party candidate won, D if the Democratic Party candidate won and I if the Independent Party candidate won. There isnt anything for kids/ teens to do around here except go to a park thats typically filled with a bunch of druggys so i give this town a terrible rating.. sorry  More
