Portola Valley, California is a small town located in San Mateo County just west of Palo Alto with a population of roughly 4,500 people. It is known for its safety, excellent schools, and high quality of life. R if the Republican Party candidate won, D if the Democratic Party candidate won and I if the Independent Party candidate won.
