Hazardville, Connecticut is a small community near Hartford with a population of approximately 6,000 people. The town is currently led by Mayor John Smith, who was elected in 2016. During his tenure, Mayor Smith has been focused on improving the town's infrastructure and creating more economic opportunities for the citizens of Hazardville. In addition to the mayor, Hazardville also has a Town Council that is made up of six members who are elected every two years to represent the interests of their constituents.
