Andover, CT is a small suburb in Connecticut located just outside of Hartford. Politically, Andover is heavily Democratic, with the majority of residents voting for Democratic candidates in most local and national elections. At the local level, the town has a Board of Selectmen composed of three elected officials and a Town Administrator who manage the day-to-day operations of running Andover.
