Deerfield, IL is a small suburban village located in the North Shore area of Lake County. The village has an active local government that works hard to ensure that all residents are properly represented and benefit from its services. Its current mayor, Harriet Rosenthal, was elected in 2019 and her election marked the first time a woman had been elected to the position. During her tenure, Mayor Rosenthal has focused on providing better access to essential services for citizens while also working to reduce traffic congestion and maintain the community’s peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, she has played a major role in creating a strong sense of community engagement and actively seeks input from local businesses and organizations when making policy decisions. On the state level, Deerfield is represented by Governor JB Pritzker who has proposed several initiatives including expanding health care access, increasing funding for public education, taking steps towards criminal justice reform, and exploring new ways to invest in renewable energy sources. There are also several Illinois State Representatives who are active advocates for Deerfield's residents on issues such as taxation, environmental protection, infrastructure development and other civic concerns.

R if the Republican Party candidate won, D if the Democratic Party candidate won and I if the Independent Party candidate won.
