Woodridge, IL is a small village located in DuPage County, about 30 miles outside of Chicago. It has a mayor-council form of government, with 6 village trustees and the mayor serving as the head of the local government. The current mayor is William Murphy and he has been in office since May 2019. He was elected to the position after serving as deputy village manager for four years.
