Mount Pleasant Township (Atchison County), KS is a small rural community in northeastern Kansas. The township is governed by elected officials, who are responsible for making decisions that affect the local area. At the head of the government is the Mount Pleasant Township Board of Trustees, which consists of five members. These trustees are responsible for enacting policies and ordinances to ensure the residents of Mount Pleasant Township are able to live in a safe and healthy environment.
