Brewer, ME is a small city located on the Penobscot River in the state of Maine. It has a long history of strong local politics and is known for its close-knit community. Brewer has been home to many prominent elected officials over the years, from both major political parties. Currently, the Mayor of Brewer is Jerry Goss, who was elected in 2018. The City Council consists of seven members who are voted on by citizens every two years.
