Kelsey, Minnesota is a small town with about 8,000 residents. Kelsey is governed by a town council, which meets on the second Tuesday of each month. The town council consists of five elected officials who are responsible for setting local policy and regulations. Current members of the Kelsey Town Council include Mayor Jeff Brown, Councilors Phil Jones, Meadow Johnson, Rachel Shaw and Mike Smith.
