Carolina, NC Voting

Carolina, NC is a small town in the heart of North Carolina with a population of around 8,000 people. This town is governed by a Board of Alderman that is elected by its citizens every two years and are responsible for setting the tax rate, adopting ordinances, and overseeing municipal departments. The town also has representation in the state legislature, with one representative in the senate and two representatives in the house. Recently, there has been an increase in political discussion throughout Carolina as citizens become more involved in local politics. The current issues being discussed include school funding, infrastructure development, and healthcare access. These conversations have brought about constructive dialogue between candidates from both sides of the aisle as they seek to build consensus on how to best serve the community.
