Hall, NC Voting

Hall, NC is an unincorporated community located in Johnston County. Despite being an unincorporated area, Hall still has representation at the local level.\nHall is a part of the Johnston Soil and Water Conservation District. This district consists of a board of five members who are elected every two years by county residents to serve as representatives for the district. The board's main purpose is to promote soil conservation and water resources in the county. They also help build relationships between landowners and state agencies for research and management purposes. \nThe board also works closely with the Johnston County Commissioners to address issues within the county that relate to land use, conservation, water resources, zoning, economic development, education, and public health. Additionally, Hall participates in many elections hosted by Johnston County such as electing a Sheriff and members of the Board of Education as well as voting on other important ballot initiatives that affect the entire county.
