Barberton, Ohio is a small city located in Summit County. It has a population of 26,550, and is known for its vibrant culture and community spirit. In terms of politics, Barberton has traditionally been a predominately Democratic city. The current Mayor of Barberton is William Judge, who was elected in 2019 and ran on the Democratic ticket. There are six members of the City Council who represent the various wards within the city. These members are also primarily Democrats, although there is one Republican council member representing Ward 3.
