Fleetwood, PA is a small town located in Berks County. The local political landscape is centered around the Fleetwood Borough Council and Mayor’s Office. These two governing bodies are responsible for setting taxes, providing services, making decisions on legislation, and other tasks associated with running the town. Every four years, the citizens of Fleetwood vote for candidates to fill these positions in local elections. Newly elected officials have the responsibility of representing their constituents and helping ensure that progress is made in the community. The Fleetwood Borough Council consists of seven members who work together to make decisions on behalf of the community and serve as advocates for residents of Fleetwood.
